Urban Calligraphy:

This field trip painting project investigates how the mechanical, documentary eye of the camera can become a tool to discover hidden language in combined mark making while  informing the intuitive process of the physical act of painting, ultimately creating a body of work that captures the overlooked textures and powerful graphic energy of London.
